How Drone Roof Inspections Work

A drone roof inspection is a structured aerial survey flown by a qualified operator following Civil Aviation Authority rules. Typical time on site is 30–60 minutes.
The drone captures high-resolution imagery of every square metre of the roof — including areas normally out of sight, like the back of the chimney and the far side of the ridge.
Back at the office, images are reviewed and annotated. You receive a written report identifying defects, prioritising repairs and confirming what is sound.
The result is evidence rather than opinion — useful for homeowners, buyers, landlords and insurance claims.
