Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all roofing works carried out by Town & Country Roofing Carlisle Ltd (company number 06841683), registered at 138 Warwick Road, Carlisle, CA1 1LG.

Quotations: valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond that we will re-check material prices and reissue if anything has changed.

Payment terms: no deposit is taken on small repairs. On larger works a materials deposit may be agreed in writing before we start, with the balance due on completion and handover of your guarantee and photo pack.
