Drone Privacy & Imagery Policy

All drone flights are carried out by a qualified operator following Civil Aviation Authority rules and specific-category authorisation where required.

Imagery is captured of the client's property with prior authorisation. We minimise incidental capture of neighbouring properties and blur any inadvertent personal detail before sharing.

Imagery is stored securely for 24 months and shared only with the client, unless the client instructs otherwise (for example to support an insurance claim).
