Service Guarantee Terms

Duration: 10 years, in writing, on the workmanship of every job we complete..

Scope: workmanship on the works described in your quotation and handover documentation. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer product warranty passed through in your pack.

Exclusions: damage caused by third parties, subsequent works by others, exceptional weather events beyond those the roof was designed to withstand (for example named storms causing structural damage), and normal wear at end-of-life on adjacent works not covered by the quotation.

Claim process: Report the issue in writing (email or letter). We aim to attend within 5 working days — same day for an active leak — and rectify at no cost within the guarantee scope.
