Service Guarantee Terms

Scope: workmanship on the works described in your quotation and handover documentation. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer product warranty passed through in your pack.

Exclusions: damage caused by third parties, subsequent works by others, storm events exceeding [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: exposure category], and normal wear at end-of-life on adjacent works not covered by the quotation.

Claim process: Report the issue in writing (email or letter). We attend within [CLIENT TO CONFIRM: SLA] and rectify at no cost within the guarantee scope.
