Carlisle born and trade-trained, our founder learned the job on Cumbrian slate roofs and still surveys the majority of work himself. He specialises in traditional slate, lead detailing and heritage properties, and he is the person who will most likely knock on your door.

Operations Lead
Our operations lead answers the phone, books the surveys and keeps every job moving. They prepare the itemised written quotes, coordinate scaffold and materials, and make sure your photo pack and guarantee are issued the moment a job is signed off.
Experience: Day-to-day contact from first call to final handover
Drone Survey Lead
Our drone survey lead is a qualified, insured operator flying to Civil Aviation Authority rules with the required flyer and operator registration. They capture high-resolution imagery of ridges, valleys, chimneys and flashings, then turn it into an annotated, plain-English report within three working days.
