Manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer product warranties passed through in full where applicable.
Claim process
Report the issue in writing (email or letter). We aim to attend within 5 working days — same day for an active leak — and rectify at no cost within the guarantee scope.
Handover pack
Every job closes with a photo pack, written guarantee certificate and, where relevant, manufacturer warranty documents.
